Pros: Pull through sites were big rig friendly, staff, and residents very friendly. Nice outdoor pool and large hot tub. Nice play area for the dog, shopping close by, and close to Dallas and Fort Worth area. Car and RV Wash (13' clearance) on-site.
Cons: Road noise was very bad, just outside of I-35E. Not the easiest campground to get to, the roads were good just out of the way location. Quiet pricey campground for the value (especially due to the road noise).
Cost: $39.40 (with 10% discount)

Notes: Extended our stay here due to a problem with our tow vehicle.

JB RV Park

Location: Benton, AR

Wi-Fi: No. We used our Verizon Air-card and picked up a good signal.
Cable: No. We picked up local channels (over the air) fine.
Pros: Very long pull-through sites, and adequate space between sites. Close to Hot Springs and Little Rock (about 30 miles to each) for touring. Very friendly owner who continously would drive through and check on the park; and would stop to visit when he saw you outside.
Cons: No ammenities and some road noise from I-30.
Cost: $21.00

Notes: The GPS and mapping software may tell you to get off at Exit 114 or 99 and take US 67; however you get off at Exit 106 and are right there.

Hinton RV Park

Pros: Easy on & off access and ok place for quick overnight stop.
Cons: Not much in the area to see and not much for ammenities; we only stopped here to get off the road for the night.
Cost: $26.10

Notes: This was just a quick overnight stop and for that the campground was adequate.

Koa - Indianapolis

Location: Greenfield, IN

Big Rig Friendly: Yes.
Wi-Fi: They said they had it, but we didn't pickup the signal where we were.
Cable: No
Pros: Closest campground for us to visit with family in the Indy area. New sites were very wide with paved patios.
Cons: The main road into the campground was very rough and narrow (see note below for alternative entrance). Price very expensive for no ammenities and our cost was an off season rate.
Cost: $42.25(that is w/o KOA discount and off-season rate)

Notes: If you are going to stay in the new section (I would call ahead and verify) go in the back entrance which is much easier than driving through the front and entire campground. To use the back entrance turn left at the shell gas station, this will take you right into the park.

James Island County Park

Location: Charleston, SC

Cable: No, but TV reception was good.
Pros: One of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed at. Almost all of the sites are "Big Rig friendly". Some sites are more wide open than others, but ours had trees and landscaping on both sides which gave us more privacy. The roads in the campground were paved and the sites had gravel pads. 4-5 miles of paved walking/biking trails.
Cons: Not very easy on/off access. The streets (Folley Road) was very busy, and then Riverland Drive was very narrow with lots of low branches.

Barnyard RV Park

Location: Lexington, SC

Pros: Nice campground with level/gravel campsite to visit the Columbia, SC area, not a lot of campgrounds in the area. Reasonable price for a full-hookup 50 amp site with cable hook-ups. Good cell coverage for both the phone and air card.
Cons: The Sites are narrow, no landscaping, and no ammenities at the campground.
Cost: $26.35

Notes: We came to the campground on Monday and decided at noon that we better call to make sure they had plenty of sites avalable, and good thing we did they one had one-site left when we arrived at 4:30. Also, this is next to a Flee Market and I am sure it is VERY busy on the weekends.

Kentucky Horse Park

Location: Lexington, KY

Wi-Fi: Was available at a fee. I believe the girl said it was 4.95/hour for the first two hours than she wasn't sure what the fee was. We passed and used the air-card.
Cable: No
Pros: Very well maintained campground and grass area between each site. Staff in the office was very friendly and helpful, the interior roads were paved, and the sites were all paved
Cons: Some outside noise and we noticed the water was rusty; however they just turned on the water at the sites so we are wondering if that maybe why.
Cost: $24.30

Notes: The campgrounds does not have full-hookup, but they do have two large dump stations that will accommodate two units at each station. Also, the sites are generally the same size, we just asked for the outer loop because it was further away from the pool, playground etc. When you have lots of kids around the playground loop especially gets rather noisy.
