We have created the campground page to assist you in deciding whether you would like to stay at a given campground. We currently have a 40' Diesel Motorhome with three slides; prior to 2007 we had a 35' Gas Motorhome with one slide. We do not rate campground bathroom facilities as we seldom use them; we prefer the convenience of our own restroom. We use the various campground links on the left side of this page in determining where to stay.

Happy Camping!

Point Beach State Park - Two Rivers, WI

Location: Two Rivers, WI
Site#: 116
Type of hookups: 30 AMP electric only.
Big Rig Friendly: Yes, a few sites available
Wi-Fi: No

Pros: Very nice State Park one of our favorite in WI, a few large site for big rigs. The park has a very nice hiking trail (7.2 miles) and biking trail. The bike trail connects to another trail and you can ride along the Lake Michigan shoreline through Two Rivers and Manitowoc (roundtrip ride atleast 25 miles)
Cons: You need to book 10-11 months in advance to get a site; and the road in the campground area is a bit narrow so go very slow. No cell phone or wi-fi coverage.
Cost: 20.00/night (June, 2008) + 10.00 Reservation Fee + WI State Park Vehicle Pass
Rating: 6.75
Notes: The dump station is very easy to get in and out.
