We have created the campground page to assist you in deciding whether you would like to stay at a given campground. We currently have a 40' Diesel Motorhome with three slides; prior to 2007 we had a 35' Gas Motorhome with one slide. We do not rate campground bathroom facilities as we seldom use them; we prefer the convenience of our own restroom. We use the various campground links on the left side of this page in determining where to stay.

Happy Camping!

Pismo Coastal Village RV Resort

Location: Pismo Beach, CA
Site#: 165
Type of hookups: Full hookups 50 AMP.
Big Rig Friendly: Yes.
Wi-Fi: Yes and also excellent coverage on our Verizon Aircard
Cable: Yes
Pros: Beach....you could walk right onto the Pacific Ocean. Very nice quiet community (we were there end of April 2010) you did not feel like you were in a tourist / beach community (meaning it was NOT crowded). Very pet friendly and the dogs could go on the beach as well.
Cons: The sights were all back-ins and a bit short for us. We just fit our 40' motorhome into our site (the site was plenty wide enough to park our tow vehicle next to it).
Cost: $47.50
Rating: 9.0
